Hi Linns,

At the top of index.php should be this line:
error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE); Try commenting that out (add // to the beginning) and uncomment the one a couple below it (remove the //) and see what that does for you.

Definitely on the server side of things. Do you have PHPMyAdmin available? If so, there's a repair function in there. If not, let me know and I'll find you the repair command to run manually.

core error message #2February 1, 2012 @ 10:30am
David,

I just got this message on another install of Flex.
I did the same proceedure as last time but it did not fix it.

Can't open file: 'core-RecentActivity.MYI' (errno: 145)

I noticed this one has the ".MYI" extention...???
Any ideas??

The hosting company says there is no problem with there side.
I think they have been soaking up to much solar flare activity in their brains...

Thanks,

David L.

Hi David,

That's on the MySQL side of things. If you have access to something like PHPMyAdmin you can try repairing the table from there, that may solve it for you. If not, or if it's not able to repair it from there, contact your server folks.

Still Waste Your Time And Money on Customer Service? You Need A Help Desk!December 27, 2011 @ 3:51am
If you spend a lot of time replying to your customers' email requests, you know all too well how important it is to track how much time has passed since each request was received, its current processing status (not yet read/answered/requires additional consultation), who is involved in providing a response, and of having a complete list of requests from the same customer for reference.
Experience shows that using a regular email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail) does not give the whole picture quickly nor in a convenient way. It has been proven that providing high-quality customer support is only possible using special software — i highly recommend the [removed]!
