If you are a ThinkHost client installing FlexCMS and receive the following error message AFTER installing FlexCMS:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, support@flexcms.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


YOU WILL need to CHMOD all the FlexCMS PHP files to 644 and then refresh your browser. This will then enable you to view and login to your FlexCMS site.

If you encounter any other errors, please create a topic on this board and someone will assist you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: For your security, do not include any usernames or passwords when creating a topic for assistance. If we need that info from you we will request it from you using email, etc.
