I have upgraded to IE version 7 and find that the page editor no longer works.

I've been trying to upgrade to IE 7 for the added security. I have a computer serious damaged from the flaws in IE! For some reason IE 7 won't install for me but I have read through all the support pages. It sounds like IE 7 can be made to emulate IE 6
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/support/default.mspx

A cart I use on another site has fckeditor - most temperamental thing ever. Dozens of little buttons that don't load half the time, errors it can't connect to xmlstyles or something like that making pages uneditable. I think shared hosting is part of the problem but it is unusable most of the time, components won't load. I like the simplicity of the editor in FlexCMS!

A few of my clients are successfully using Firefox with IE Tab Options for the FlexCMS editor instead of using IE at all.

You'll need to have the most recent version of Firefox installed (2.0) and then download and install the IE Tab add-on which you can find on the Firefox site.

I gave it a quick whirl here and it seems to work nicely. So there's another option for those of you who have installed IE7 and need an editor workaround.

Please note, I can't guarantee this will work for everyone but if you want to try it - here's the link to the Firefox Website.
