Sorry to hear you're having problems installing FlexCMS.
This is a problem either with your server configuration, or your system itself or its connection to the internet.
The first thing you can try is running the installer again to make sure it wasn't just a short term problem that's corrected itself.
If you get the same error, try pinging "etph.flexcms.com" from that machine. That will tell you if it's a computer/network issue, or configuration related to your server.
If you can't ping it, your problem is with the machine itself or your internet connection. If you can, the problem is with your server configuration, which isn't allowing the connection to be established.
