How do I publish a powerpoint document to my site so that I can link to it from the site.

At this point you'll have to either upload the files via FTP, or use a third party file upload script. We can probably find you a simple upload script if you're not sure how to go about that. The only files which can be uploaded directly through FlexCMS at this point are GIF, JPEG, and PNG images.
