Where do we find our License Key? | August 20, 2007 @ 4:29pm | Hello
I've purchased the Pro version, but cannot install without the License Key. When can I expect that? |

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your installation. It's an automated process and it should find your key automagically.
Have you tried installing it as the Free version? If not, try that and then sync the license key via the control panel. If it doesn't return to Professional License, email us at support@flexcms.com and we'll be happy to send you a license key to use.
Thanks for choosing FlexCMS!

NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU CLICK ON THE BUTTON TO AUTOMAGICALLY FIND YOUR LICENSE KEY.
You'll see the following text during the installation process:
Enter License Key then box to enter that into AND a button next to it says
Attempt To Locate Automatically
You must click the button for this to work. If you have a valid Standard/Pro license, it will find it in our system and set your license appropriately upon installation of FlexCMS.

| August 20, 2007 @ 7:28pm | Thank you, that helped! I'm now trying to figure out how to switch out the logo, all the help files here seem to be for older versions... could you point me in the right direction please?
Thanks, the install went nice and smooth! |

How do I use my own logo instead of the FlexCMS logo?
First, you'll need to upload your logo to your web server.
Next go to your Control Panel and under Edit Site Content, select the Menu Blocks link.
Then look for the LOGO block and click on the Edit link.
Scroll down to the Custom Block Contents area and delete all the coding in this area. Then type your logo URL and HTML code (see example below) into the Custom Block Contents.
Example Custom Block Contents:
<img src="http://www.yourdomainname/imagefoldername/yourlogo.gif">
Make sure you UNCHECK the Process PHP Code box located under the Custom Block Contents area.
And finally, click on the "Save Changes" button and you're good to go! |
