I would like to know how i can create a second language in flexcms.

Currently there is no way for you to create a second language in FlexCMS.
However, as soon as FlexCMS 1.3 is released (projected release date: April 7, 2005) you will have the ability to select new languages as they become available. Our first language pack will be Dutch and should be availble within the next 2-3 weeks.
If you are interested in translating FlexCMS into your native language, please us for more info.
