Hi i just moved the site but my backup is ver 3.00 just looking for a download of ver 3 to load the site back up

Andy,
The restore package will still restore older versions in, but if you do a complete restore you'll end up back at whatever version the backup was, and if it's a partial restore (database only or sources only), you'll need to match those up so they're the same version running on the site.
