Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Is this a permissions problem or a server problem?
We have had a lot of problems removing hackers from our hosting account!! and so something may have been reset incorrectly

Hi Chris,
Very strange. If I had to guess I'd say the hosting company put some sort of a security filter on there and the page contents contains something they're trying to block.
