| December 17, 2005 @ 10:10am | Hey Dow,
Thanks for taking the effort!
To install your Forum, just go to your Control Panel and then scroll down until you see the box labled:
Installed Modules
Listed below that is the modules you have installed (if any) like below:
Modules Currently Installed: - Calendar - Counter & Stats - Newsletter - News/Articles - Links Manager
and then below that you'll see the link:
Manage Modules
Click on that link and then select the Forum Install link on the next page where you choose which modules you want installed and that's it!
If you have any other questions, just let us know!
Cheers,
otter

Forum is not installed on my site | December 17, 2005 @ 12:57pm | In the Installed Modules Block, Forum is not there or is not installed. I go to Manage Modules and see that Forum is "not installed" and I do not see an icon to click on to install it.
Sorry for being such a Klutz with the software. |

| December 17, 2005 @ 1:49pm | Hi Dow,
You are not a klutz at all lol.
First thing to note is that the number of modules available is limited by your license level. Your site was running a free license so you were only able to use up to two (2) modules at one time.
You had a FlexCMS pro license on your original domain name but then changed over to a new domain name, i.e. your current site. Since you are using the new domain name now instead of the original one, I've resynced your license for your new domain name and you now have access to all the modules. Just remember you can only one run domain name per FlexCMS Standard or Pro License and as such your old domain name is now running the FREE license.
Try installing the forum again and let me know if there are any problems.
Thanks!
Otter

| December 17, 2005 @ 3:23pm | Hi Dow,
I see you've got the forum module installed on your site now, so you should be all set. You don't need to create a page for the forum to go in, that's all taken care of for you. You can visit your forum at http://[yourdomain]/index.php/forum, and then manage your boards and categories from the Control Panel.
