FlexCMS hasn't been officially tested with PHP 5 and MySQL 5, however we plan to do so in the near future.
Most likely some of our users have tried it, so if they could post a message here with the results that would be helpful as well.
If you run into any problems resulting from those versions we'll be happy to go in and fix it up for you (ftp and database access needed, and on a public server of course).
