It is possible to remove the shipping option and just have the option to pay with paypal without shipping?

You can do any ONE of the following:
1) Enable the Free Shipping option under Manage Shipping Options in the eComm section.
2) Edit the Free Shipping option and rename it to suit your own wording, i.e. In Store Pickup or No Shipping, etc.
3) Create your own shipping option based on the Free Shipping settings.
For all of these be sure you have disabled the First Class and USPS Priority Mail options or those options will appear at checkout as well.
Also make sure you have any countries you want to sell to checked (Allow Sales) in the Manage Countries and Regions in the eComm section.
