I am getting ready to build a site for a resturant and they want to sell wearables. In playing with the Flex package I noticed that it does not charge sales tax on shipping charges. It our state we must charge sales tax on the shipping charges. Is there any way to change this?

I will start building the site in the next week or so. I will not have the e-store ready for a few weeks as i need to get quite a few images of the wearables.
