FlexCMS 1.3 includes the following modules:
News/Articles
An easy to use news or articles system. Create and manage multiple categories, easily add articles including title, subtitle, teaser, photo, as well as full content using text or HTML.
Also includes printer friendly version and tool for users to email your articles to others.
Administrators may assign users permission to create articles, and optionally hold them pending administrative approval.
Links Manager
Easily create and edit link categories, add link titles, descriptions and destinations. Display click count (optional) as well as set starting count number.

In addition, FlexCMS 1.3 also includes, but is not limited to, the following enhancements:
